  • Mercy Health – Muskegon MI

    Mercy Health is combining its Muskegon services into one facility.  The 10-story addition will house a new Emergency Department, new imaging suites, 20 operating rooms (one is a hybrid) and seven floors of patient rooms. The remodeled portion of the hospital includes updated patient rooms, MRI rooms, exam rooms for outpatient care, an updated kitchen, and dining rooms.

  • Metro Hospital

    New construction of an 8-story, 448,000 s.f. state-of-the-art hospital. Metro Health was recently awarded LEED Certification for this project.

  • Stryker Kalamazoo

    This design-assist project was a $154 million research and development facility for Stryker Instruments. The project included over 75 acres of site development, and a 485,000 SF, three-story facility with R&D commercial and leadership teams.

  • VanAndel Institute (Phase II)

    Van Andel Institute (Phase II) was a 240,000 sq.ft. addition to the VanAndel Institute, a leader in cancer research across the country. Phase II consisted of an addition to the existing structure, while still allowing for the day-to-day operations of a fully-functional research facility.

  • Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital

    The Helen DeVos Children’s hospital was a GMP type project that was very early in the design process at the time of bidding. This made for many assumptions on the part of our company and required a close relationship with hospital staff and design professionals.

  • Metro Health

    Metro Health has a longstanding partnership with Buist Electric.  When Metro needed to consolidate its Cascade facility to one building, they contracted with Buist to provide Engineering, Testing, Prefab and Contracting services.
